Shekesa McLaurin was born and raised in Columbus, Ga. She is a free spirited Junior who meets no strangers. This is her second year as the Secretary of AASA. She is also an Orientation Leader, LINK Peer Leader, and she does a multitude of community service outside of AASA community service initiatives. Informally known as Kesa, she lives by the quote "Never brag about the amenities that you have.. Just as fast as God gives He too takes away.. Stay Humble and Stay Focused."
